Fine Lead technology has been started by the coming together of two business houses namely

Tropical Agro Group and The Agarwal Group.
Tropical Agro Group is led by its visionary founder Mr. V.K. Jhaver who has always been guided by his
principles of hard work and innovation. Mr. Jhaver is credited for implementing various cutting-edge
solutions such as residue free crop management which is vital for enhancing the value of the
agricultural produce. Mr V.K. Jhaver being the industry leader and visionary in the field of sustainable
Agriculture has been invited twice by the Honourable President of India to grace "At Home" reception
at the Rashtrapathi Bhavan on 15th August 2019 & 26th January 2020.
Mr Sanjay Agarwal had Founded The Agarwal Group 30 years Ago which has been involved in various
Recycling And Metallurgy Activities He is joined by his son Mr. Prateek Agarwal who has ushered the
group into the 21st Century. The Group has been credited with pioneering Exports of MS Finished
Products from Chennai to Sri Lanka as well as opening superior scrap sourcing destination of
Singapore for the Recycling Industry. The Group has a wide experience along with recognition in the
Recycling Industry having been involved in Imports Exports and running of Industries in the Sector.
Both the groups have a big presence in the Real Estate Sector too with Land Banks spreading
throughout the Country. They have also been involved in some Big Developments and have several
ongoing and upcoming projects.

Fine Lead Technology is a Greenfield Project of the Group’s entry into the Lead Refining Industry.
The Plant Boasts of State of the Art Machinery Spread Over 60000 Sq. Ft. of Working Area’s in a total Land
Area spreading Over 245000 Sq. Ft. The Plant Has Two Rotary Furnaces of 10mt Capacity each. This is ably
supported by two numbers of Primary and Secondary APCD’s Each. We also Have 5 Refining Pots with
3x40MT Capacity and 2x25MT Capacity along with their Primary and Secondary APCD’s. The unit also has a
5mt per hour Automatic Battery Breaking And segregation Unit. The Group has a Clear Policy Of
Environmentally Friendly And Ethically Strong Recycling.
The Unit has also invested in the Latest and Next Gen Spectrolab the Amtek SpectroLab S.
The Unit will employ over 100 People Directly in Terms of Factory Managers, Supervisors, Operators,
Helpers, Drivers, Security and Admin Staffs.
